Battery contact springs are critical interconnect components in electronic device power systems, providing conductive pathways between battery terminals (positive and negative) and PCBs. Upon battery insertion, the spring undergoes elastic deformation under compression; its central contact point stably engages the PCB pad, establishing a low-impedance current loop. Upon release, the spring automatically returns to its original position via material resilience, ensuring long-term electrical continuity stability across repeated insertions and removals.
Zhuoyi Precision’s battery contact springs are manufactured using one-step cold stamping, supporting base materials including copper (C1100/C2600), stainless steel (SUS301/SUS304), and iron (SPCC). Surface finishes include nickel plating, silver plating, or gold plating—optimized for conductivity, corrosion resistance, and solderability. Structural design balances compression travel, return force, and fatigue life; typical thickness ranges from 0.15–0.3 mm, with tolerances controlled within ±0.03 mm.

These products are widely applied in:
• Battery-powered terminals
• Compact portable devices: Bluetooth earphone charging cases, smart wristbands, electronic dictionaries, ordering terminals, digital cameras
• Industrial and consumer electronics: Security alarm systems, LED lighting driver modules, electric toys, radios, electronic locks

Unlike generic standard parts, Zhuoyi Precision supports custom development based on customers’ actual assembly space constraints, contact pressure requirements, and service life specifications (≥5,000 insertion/removal cycles). Customization includes non-standard profiles, multi-point contact layouts, reinforcing ribs, anti-misinsertion guide slots, and other detailed optimizations. We also provide concurrent development of dedicated stamping dies to ensure consistency from first-sample validation through mass production.

As a precision stamping manufacturer specializing in electronic solution support, we have delivered customized battery contact spring projects to multiple communication module suppliers, IoT terminal manufacturers, and POS terminal solution providers. Our capabilities include rapid drawing evaluation, small-batch prototyping (7–10 working days), and stable mass production capacity up to one million units per month.
